Obtained only from the finest vintages, each grape is hand-picked at the perfect late harvest stage. With extended maceration and 24 months in barrique, it reveals a bouquet of ripe red fruit and spices, offering a full-bodied structure with a pleasantly lingering finish.

The Theranda Valley: A Distinctive Terroir

Our vineyards lie in the heart of the Theranda Valley, between 400 and 450 meters above sea level in southern Kosovo, naturally sheltered by the Sharr Mountains. This unique setting creates ideal conditions for grape cultivation, shaped by long, warm summers and pronounced day–night temperature shifts that enhance aromatic complexity and sugar concentration.

Short but cold winters, with periods below –10°C, naturally protect and cleanse the vines, while red, fertile soils rich in clay and white quartz lend structure and refined minerality to our wines.

OENOLOGICAL TECHNIQUE:

Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a fixed temperature
