HISARI RED

The wine shows a ruby red color with garnet reflections and bright clarity. It presents an intense bouquet of jammy aromas, accompanied by fragrant hints of wood. On the palate, it is full-bodied and harmonious with well-structured tannins and balanced acidity, offering flavors of black cherry and blackberry. The finish is persistent and refined, with lingering notes of dark fruit that reflect the wine’s sophistication.

The Theranda Valley: A Distinctive Terroir

Our vineyards lie in the heart of the Theranda Valley, between 400 and 450 meters above sea level in southern Kosovo, naturally sheltered by the Sharr Mountains. This unique setting creates ideal conditions for grape cultivation, shaped by long, warm summers and pronounced day–night temperature shifts that enhance aromatic complexity and sugar concentration.

Short but cold winters, with periods below –10°C, naturally protect and cleanse the vines, while red, fertile soils rich in clay and white quartz lend structure and refined minerality to our wines.

OENOLOGICAL TECHNIQUE:

Fermented in stainless steel tanks at a fixed temperature
